The Colonial Heights' Adopt-a-Roadway program has been developed by the Virginia Department of Transportation in cooperation with the Virginia Division of Litter Control and Recycling and Keep Virginia Beautiful, Inc. to help overcome the litter problem along your State’s highways.
Only through the involvement of citizens like you can Colonial Heights preserve its natural resources and maintain quality roads with pleasing roadsides. We appreciate you daring to care enough about Colonial Heights to consider adopting a section of highway or street and keeping it clean, By doing so, you will help reduce litter along the roads and release City employees and funds to concentrate on improving the City’s highways and streets.
