NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA
Planning Commission

Notice is hereby given to all persons affected or interested that at the Colonial Heights Planning Commission meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia, the Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to accept comments on the following:

AN ORDINANCE NO. 17-13

To grant a special use permit to the City of Colonial Heights to allow construction of a 100-foot monopole tower, a 4-foot lightning rod at the top of the tower, and emergency communication antennas to the tower, to be located at 100 Highland Avenue (Parcel ID No. 5100020102C) as part of a public safety radio system.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file for public examination during regular business hours in the Department of Planning and Community Development, City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia, or by calling 520-9297; and the ordinance also can be viewed online at www.colonialheightsva.gov. All persons affected or interested are invited to be present at the public hearings of the Planning Commission, to be held at the time and place stated above, when an opportunity will be given for them to be heard.
