The PY2017 Annual Action Plan serves as the annual update and implementation plan to the Consolidated Plan. The Action Plan outlines the proposed activities and budget the City will undertake this year to carry out the goals identified in the Consolidated Plan.
Funding for Program Year 2017 is estimated to be around $80,000. The funding levels are contingent upon approval of the Federal Budget for PY2017. As in previous years, 95% of funding will be allocated to the Emergency Home Repair program and 5% will be allocated to administration.
