Change to Utility Reconnection Procedure

Effective April 1, 2018, the City will no longer reconnect water service disconnected for non-payment on the same day if payment is not received by 5:00pm at the City’s Billing and Collections Department. Anyone contacting the City to restore service after regular business hours will be serviced the following day during regular business hours after payment is received. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
