2. Directions

   Draft plats are to be submitted on a minimum 18"x24" sheets along with the fee in the amount of $75.00 per line directly to the Department of Planning and Community Development. All plats must be submitted on the City’s standard subdivision plat border sheets, which may be downloaded from the checklist below. 

   
   

   Please submit three (3) paper drafts and upload a pdf copy to this application.  

   Review process will start when payment is received.

   The official recordation of the final plat at the City of Colonial Heights Courthouse is $23.00 which is required in a separate form of payment.     §250-28 The adjustment of any boundary line between two existing lots or parcels of record shall not be deemed to be a subdivision for the purposes of this Chapter; provided, however, that a plat must be submitted, reviewed, and approved.
