Sealed Bids, subject to the specifications contained in this Invitation for Bid, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT January 25 2022, for an Annual Contract for Granular Fertilization and Liquid Leaf Weed Control at various sites within the City of Colonial Heights VA (Common Areas and Athletic Fields)

The initial contract period shall be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. 

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, fees and insurance coverage as necessary.  All items shall be bid as specified, or an approved equal.  If quoting other than specified, please provide complete literature.
