Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA , until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, December 15 2022, for the Branders Bridge and Route 1 Intersection Improvements.

The project limits will start at the intersection of Route 1 and  Branders Bridge and go west to the intersection of Branders Bridge and Franklin Avenue

The project consists of roadway improvements including, but not limited to:  

  • Removal and installation of curb and gutter
  • Paving
  • Signal Loops
  • ADA Ramps
  • Commercial Entrances

A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 30 2022 at 10:00 AM in Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 James Avenue -1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA
