The Information Technology Department provides a wide range of support services:
Hardware and software support for various city technology assets, including desktop computers, laptop computers, servers, printers, mobile devices, and other computer peripherals
Implementation and support of citywide data networks and security
Operational support for existing departmental data systems and business processes; project management and support for enterprise and departmental technology initiatives
Establishment of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Employee training on a variety of applications and systems that are part of the city’s enterprise technology infrastructure
