Building Inspections

Due to the closing of City Hall, at this time we will be accepting photos and videos for inspections at the discretion of the building official. Please submit inspection documentation to pereza@colonialheightsva.gov with the address in the subject line.  We want construction to continue as normal as possible during this trying time. Please note: Permits will be processed within 2 weeks, and inspections within 48 hours.
