Opioid Settlement Planning Survey
In 2021, nationwide settlements were reached to resolve all opioid litigations brought by states and localities against pharmaceutical distributors. Colonial Heights is receiving more than $900,000 in opioid settlement funds over the next 18 years.
It is important to receive input directly from the community on how these funds are used. Settlement funds must be used to identify community needs for intervention, prevention and reduction of opioid misuse and to maximize benefits to the community and sustain future efforts.
In order for your responses to be considered, this survey must be submitted no later than Friday, September 20, 2024.
If you prefer a paper copy, please contact Office on Youth at 804-520-9286 and it will be mailed directly to you.
