19th Annual Arbor Day Celebration

The City of Colonial Heights and the Colonial Heights Beautification Committee invite you to join us as we celebrate our 19th Annual Arbor Day. During this annual event we plant tree in honor of a community member or group, have music by one of our elementary school choirs, and have light refreshments.
