Grades K-3 Training/Game Sessions (Coed)
- Practice: None Training/Game Sessions: Saturdays
- Time: Between 9:00am and 11:00am
- Location: Tussing Elementary School Gym
- Residency Requirement: Yes
- Fee: $30
Grades 4-5 Game Sessions (Coed)
- Practice: 1 night per week
- Games: Saturdays Time: Between 11:00am and 1:00pm
- Location: Tussing Elementary School Gym
- Residency Requirement: Yes
- Fee: $20
Grades 6-10 (Boys, Girls, Coed)
- Practice: 2 nights per week
- Games: Saturdays Time: Between 9:00am and 3:00pm
- Location: Home Games @ Colonial Heights High School / Away Games in the Tri-City area
- Residency Requirement: Yes
- Fee: $20
