Our 2025 Fort Clifton Arts & Crafts Festival will be held May 10 & 11 (10:30am to 4:30pm) at Fort Clifton Park in Colonial Heights VA, and we hope you will consider exhibiting at our 49th annual event. We typically have a great response to our discounted early registration fee – reaching space capacity by early-March. Therefore, I encourage interested exhibitors to take advantage of our March 7 early registration period.
Please be reminded that all entries must be made or designed by the person submitting the registration.
Fees;
$70 per space - thru March 7- $100 per space - March 8 thru April 18
Entry and payment may be made as follows;
Note;
- Exhibitors are limited to two approximate 12’ x 12’ spaces.
- We do not accept single day entry’s.
- New Exhibitors to our festival should email (3) merchandise pictures to fortcliftonfestival@colonialheightsva.gov, or provide a website or Facebook address.
- Our festival is essentially a rain or shine event.
- Exhibitor awards will be presented, along with random drawings.
