The Colonial Heights Commonwealth Attorney's Office in cooperation with Colonial Heights Public Schools and the City of Colonial Heights will be hosting a Regional Heroin and Opiate Summit on November 30th at 6:30 p.m. in the Colonial Heights High School Auditorium.
