Is there a curfew for youth in Colonial Heights?

There is a curfew in Colonial Heights between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am everyday for youth ages 17 and under. There are exceptions - please refer to the Colonial Heights City Code, Chapter 116: CURFEW, for details.


In addition, Southpark Mall has a Youth Escort Policy (YEP) in effect on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:00 pm requiring juveniles to be escorted by an adult within the mall or on mall property. Visit Southpark Mall Security Policies for details on the YEP policy.
