How do I apply for a library card?
You may download our Library Card Registration Form and bring it to the circulation desk at the Library. The process only takes a few minutes, and requires a photo ID along with verification of residency. Library cards are free to residents of the City of Colonial Heights and also free to residents of Chesterfield County by reciprocal agreement. Library cards are available to non-residents for an annual fee of $25.00.
