Facilities

The Community Center is available in rental blocks; weekdays from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, and weekends from 8:00am to 2:00pm, and 3:00pm to 9:00pm. The rental fee is $150 per block or $250 for a full day (8:00am - 9:00pm). A Recreation and Parks staff member will be on-site during rentals to assist renters with questions/concerns, adherence to rules, and insure proper use of the building.

Community Center rentals are available to Colonial Heights residents and organizations only, first time reservations must be made in person at the Recreation & Parks Department in order to validate residence. Reservation requests begin the first business day of December for the following year. Call the Recreation & Parks Department at 520-9390 for more information or to check availability.
