  • The Police Department will do your fingerprints if you are a resident of the city, work in the city, or applying for a job in the city. The fee is $10.00 for the first card and $5.00 for each additional fingerprint card.

All bicycles are required to be registered through the Police Department, and a license decal is issued to be displayed on your bicycle, which will also aid in the location of your bicycle in the event that it is lost or stolen. You may register your bicycle during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) at the Police Department at 100 A Highland Ave. The fee is $1.00.

  • All dogs and cats over four months old must have city tags. In order to obtain a tag you must provide documentation on current rabies vaccination. Tags are obtained through our City Treasurer's department at a fee of $2.00 for all spayed or neutered pets and $10.00 for non-spayed or non-neutered pets.
