  • Yes, when you add a new fence (which is not part of a swimming pool enclosure). Fences must be 7 feet or less in height for side yards and rear yards, and 42" or less in height for front yards. Also, refer to subdivision covenants (if applicable).

    Ineligible activities consist of:
    • Repairs of a cosmetic nature
    • Repairs to garages or any structure not attached to the living unit
    • Repairs to sheds
    • Unnecessary physical improvements
