Sealed proposals, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, 201 James Avenue -2nd Floor Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT on March 19 2019, for independent audit services for the City of Colonial Heights VA and its component units.
The City request proposal from qualified independent certified public accounts, to perform a financial audit in accordance with General Accepted Auditing Standers (GAAS) and render reports for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2025. Proposals will be submitted for audit services for the City, to include the School Board and Economic Development Authority (EDS)
