Addendum #1 issued on June 4, changing the bid due date to June 18 2025, by 2:00 PM EDT

Sealed Bids, subject to the plans, specifications, and drawings, will be received in the Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue , Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, June 18 2025, for the Violet Bank Museum, Phase II - Exterior Restoration Project.

The Museum is located at 303 Virginia Avenue, Colonial Heights VA.  

A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 4 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT at the museum, 303 Virginia Avenue, Colonial Heights VA.  The architect that provided the plans, will be at this meeting, to explain and answer any questions you may have.

Once the notice to proceed has been given by the City, the contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project.
