The Colonial Heights Public Library offers three public meeting rooms for individuals and local organizations to use for teleworking, meeting, learning, studying, tutoring, or recreation. Use for commercial profit-making purposes is not permitted.
Each room has Wi-Fi access and can be reserved without time limit, provided the room is available. Room reservations are based upon availability and are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the library. To make a reservation request, call the library at 804-520-9384 or ask at the front desk. An application must be filled out by a representative of the organization requesting use of a meeting room. Large Meeting Room
Our large meeting room can accommodate 40 people in chairs arranged theater-style or 32 people seated around tables. Included in the room are a podium and projection screen. Conference Room

Multipurpose Room
