Colonial Heights High School Sidewalk Improvements
The City and VDOT will begin a federal-aid project to construct new sidewalks along Conduit Road. New sidewalks on the west side of Conduit will run from School Ave. to Edinborough Dr., and from Pleasant Dale Ave. to River Oaks Dr. on the east side of Conduit. The project has been awarded and construction is scheduled to start Friday October 10, 2025. The City anticipates construction to be completed by February 2026.
