Park Pavilion Rentals
- Picnic Pavilions may be reserved beginning the first working day of December each year.
- Pavilion rentals are available in blocks:
- Morning Block - 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Afternoon Block - 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Individual picnic shelters at all parks, which seat up to 8 people, are available on a first come, first serve basis. Grills as well as trash receptacles are provided at the Pavilions. Park restrooms and electricity are available for use April 1 - October 31 only.
Community Center Rentals
The Community Center will be available in rental blocks; weekdays from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, and weekends from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The rental fee is $150 per block or $250 for a full day rental. A Recreation and Parks staff member will be on-site during rentals to assist renters with questions/concerns, adherence to rules, and insure proper use of the building.
Community Center rentals are available to Colonial Heights residents and organizations only, and first-time reservations must be made in person, with proof of residency, at the Recreation & Parks Department in order to verify eligibility. Reservation requests begin the first business day of December for the following year. Call the Recreation & Parks Department at 520-9390 for more information or to check availability.
To be classified as a City Resident, City Business, or City Non-Profit Organization, the principal residence, office, or place of business must be located within City Limits of Colonial Heights.
