The City of Colonial Heights is part of the Chesterfield Health District.
Colonial Heights Health Department consolidates with Chesterfield Health Department effective 8/15/2025.
The Chesterfield Board of Supervisors and the Colonial Heights City Council approved a consolidation of the Colonial Heights Health Department with the Chesterfield Health Department.
All services and staff will continue at the Chesterfield location, located at 9501 Lucy Corr Circle, Chesterfield, VA 23832. The last day clients will be seen in Colonial Heights is August 15, 2025.
The Chesterfield location is in the Smith-Wagner building that also houses the Department of Social Services on the Chesterfield County government complex.
